In Russia it is common to allow the people to decorate the utility buildings. It is a lot better than when they graffiti the buildings and it seems to stop a lot of the graffiti…
I think that the artists are wonderful and am glad to have such fantastic painted buildings to enjoy as you walk…

Growl roars the Bear but the deer don’t seem to care.
Great picture and you can find paintings like this all over Moscow. Seems to be a way to dress up buildings and lets kids paint constructive pictures instead of graffiti.
