This is a picture of he new taxis in Moscow. Taxis must be licensed and registered now. But that does not stop the drivers from acting any different than before…
I guess it is the spot for that extra guest that you have once in awhile…

Taxi’s has the same color and my guess the drivers has the same behavior as in Istanbul, just tried and they ar the closest you come to Kamikaze pilots.. (Some times i wonder if they stole both the car and gasoline.)
